We are currently working on a large ocean front remodel project located on Kauai’s sunny Poipu Beach Resort area. This remodel involves partial demolition of existing residence, rebuilding floors and building new floor spaces. An additional 1650 square feet will be added to the existing foot print. Total living area will be increased from1800 square feet to 2700 square feet. In addition we are building a 288 square foot Lanai on the second floor overlooking a swimming pool and the ocean. This remodel is estimated at $1,250,000.00.
